Reine's taking a last look at the inventory sheets Anne dropped off earlier to make sure that everything is ready for the Lunar Festival in a few weeks.
The festival is a celebration for one of Reine's ancestors who was the original maintainer of the Cherry Blossom Garden. This is also where her last name—Sakuragi, meaning cherry blossom tree—came from. Their original last name is sometimes reported to have Tsuki after the moon, but the records from back then were lost in the Great Fire.
She always makes an appearance at the festival, but they have a smaller ceremony for said ancestor later in the month in the garden.
It looks like everything's in order. She puts the sheets in the folder for this year's festival and starts planning the Spring Festival. It may not happen anytime soon since no one knows when spring will arrive, but she may as well prepare.
